The "Sheep Dip" is a blended malt whiskey for which the single malts from 16 Scottish distilleries are selected. The age of the whiskeys used is between 8-12 years. The Sheep Dip Islay owes its distinctive aromas to being stored by the sea on the island of Islay.
Soft and fruity aromas of ripe pears, oranges and melons fill the air. There are also convivial notes of roasted almonds and slightly spicy hints. On the palate you also notice a light note of fruit, which gives a perfect mouthfeel with the spicy, fresh herbs and the sweet caramel.
