The Silent Pool distillery is located in Surrey Hills in southeastern England. Her eponymous gin is recovered from the source water of the nearby silent pool lake.
The extraordinary taste of the gent comes from the selected 24 botanicals. The main botanicals include exotic fruits and spices like Kaffir lime, chamomile, honey and lavender. Of course, Juniper is one of the botanicals.
Its fruity notes of lemon and pepper, as well as the mild character of Anis and chamomile rely accents who have not yet been achieved in this type of other gin.
