Located in Guyana on the tropical north coast of South America, the Demerara Distillery has been processing sugar cane since 1670.
This premium rum is a blend of different spirits from the Demerara distillery. In order to unfold its full aroma, it matures in bourbon casks for at least 3 years.
Aromas of toffee and honey fill the air. Slightly woody notes with a hint of coffee are also added. It is mild on the palate and is accompanied by a slightly spicy cinnamon note.
