This whiskey comes from the Bavarian distillery SLYRS from Schliersee, southern Germany.
The aromas of vanilla, malt and caramel come into their own thanks to aging in new American white oak barrels. The flavors are perfectly matched.
Notes of ripe pear and ripe apple fill the air. On the palate you notice a slightly fruity honey sweetness, a pleasant note of malt and a subtle taste of vanilla. The finish is spicy and slightly dry.
