This whisky is matured in Australian casks. The use of Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon casks gives the bottling a character that is perfectly balanced with fruit and oak flavors. Fully matured in French oak red wine casks, this intensely flavorful single malt is smooth when enjoyed neat and perfect for blending.

 An approachable single malt whisky, it has orchid fruit and tropical notes with a hint of spiced vanilla. Notes of berries, sweet vanilla and oak rise to the nose. Fruity tones of red apples and berries are also very present here. Notes of white almonds and light roasted notes round off the taste profile.
