This whisky is matured in Australian casks. Fully matured in French oak red wine casks, this intensely flavorful single malt is smooth when enjoyed neat and perfect for blending. The casks used are from the Yarra Valley and Barossa Valley regions.
It offers aromatic notes of red berries, chocolate and gentle oak spice. It is deliciously balanced and is delicious on its own or in classic cocktails. The notes of red fruits, vanilla, caramel and spices are also present on the palate.
