The "Suntory AO Whisky" combines distillates from five of the most popular and well-known distilleries from Japan, Scotland, Ireland, Canada and the USA. The innovative whiskey pays homage to the long history of whiskey and was composed by Suntory's Master Blender Shinji Fukuyo.
"AO" means "blue" and is named after the ocean that connects all five distilleries in harmony. It is the distinctive climate, the fermentation and the distillation process that gives this whiskey such a unique taste.

Fine, sweet and light notes of vanilla rise into the nose. On the palate one also perceives notes of vanilla, tropical fruits and some cinnamon. The finish is long-lasting.
