Talisker Distillery is a whiskey distillery on the Isle of Skye in Scotland. This is a very intense whiskey with an alcohol bottling of 57% vol.. In the far north on the 57th degree of latitude is the Isle of Skye, which is why "Talisker North" got its name.Light smoke aromas, creamy toffee and fruit notes rise into the nose. Light maritime notes of seaweed, heather blossoms and vanilla are also present here. Spicy notes of pepper and smoke are noticeable on the palate. The finish is long and spicy with herbal notes.
