Talisker Distillery is a whiskey distillery on the Isle of Skye in Scotland.

Talisker has partnered with Parley for the Oceans to restore more than 100 million square feet of ocean forest. "We invite wild spirits around the world to join us on our journey - each 100% recycled bottle represents a donation to our cause and represents our Rewilding journey."

Finished in French oak ex-Cognac casks, a Talisker first. On the nose it is deep, dense and complex.

On the palate, this whiskey has a big, beautifully oily texture and a delicious, rich flavor as waves of smoky-sweet intense intensity meet the full power of the mid-palate. The finish is very long while a sweet chili pepper warmth floods the palate. Fragrant smoke and sweetness linger in the aftertaste.
