Dead Rabbit Irish Whiskey is an intense blend of malt and grain whiskeys that are aged in bourbon casks for five long years before finishing in 'half-size' casks of virgin American oak for an extra spice kick.
A light and aromatic nose with toasted oak notes and hints of caramel. The palate is deep and rich, ending with a touch of vanilla. An Irish whiskey heart with a dash of Bourbon attitude - the perfect base for impressive cocktails or neat/on the rocks.
