The Harvest is a unique marriage of single malt and single pot still Irish whiskey. A marriage of heavenly proportions - 70% single malt and 30% single pot still. Triple distilled and aged in American oak bourbon casks.
Spicy notes of spices, black pepper and peaches fill the air. On the palate, one notices pot still spiciness, bourbon oak and dark chocolate flavors. The finish has notes of oak and butterscotch.
