The rum from Ireland is a blend, the soft bayan rum from Barbados, aromatic demerara rum from Guyana and heavy pot still united in Jamaica. They are up to 8 years old.
The aroma of the premium rum shows itself from the sweet and fruity side. Scores of apricots and peaches joined fruit from the can and the vanilla. A touch of oak and spice swings as well. Orange peels and banana bowls as well as small length of grass and tobacco complete the whole thing. In the taste he delights with notes of citrus fruits, sweets and oak. He will gradually become a little spicy, but is very fruity and hearty.
