Wild Turkey is an American Kentucky Straight Bourbon produced at the Wild Turkey Distillery in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky.
The excellent and extraordinarily smooth whiskey from Kentucky is made from three different whiskeys that were aged between 6 and 12 years in heavily charred oak casks. This is what makes the "Wild Turkey Rare Breed" so unique.
Notes of oak and chocolate rise into the nose. The taste is slightly sweet, very dry with notes of caramel and slightly spicy with a hint of mint. The finish is long and dry with a slight sweetness.
