Wolfburn is a whiskey distillery near Thurso, Scotland. In January 2013, the first spirit flowed through the stills at Wolfburn, the most northerly distillery on mainland Scotland.

Wolfburn Langskip is part of the distillery's core range and is named after the Viking ship that once ruled the waters off Scotland's north coast. This single malt whisky is matured in ex-bourbon casks. Aromas of fruity flowers and dried apples rise to the nose. It also brings spicy oak notes and dried fruit aromas. The sweetness of raisins and dates can also be perceived. On the palate, the Wolfburn Langskip is full-bodied and sweet. It tastes of maple syrup and dark chocolate. Notes of almonds and raisins are also present here. Sweet vanilla underlines the taste of butter caramel. The finish is rich and long-lasting. The Scotch whisky finishes with sweet and fruity notes.
