This award-winning Woodford whiskey is produced in the oldest and smallest distillery in Woodford County, Kentucky, triple distilled according to old tradition, mixed from the best and finest ingredients, matured in selected American white oak barrels and selected, numbered and bottled signed, Woodford Reserve is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey of the extra premium class.
It is very rich, soft and mild, with complex citrus, cinnamon and cocoa notes. There are also notes of toffee, caramel, chocolate and various spices.
Notes of dried fruits, traces of mint and oranges covered with cocoa powder rise into the nose. Weak notes of vanilla and spicy tobacco are also perceived. The finish is silky soft, almost creamy at the beginning, with a long and warm finish.
