About Zubrowska Vodka
Select Polish rye is used in the production of Zubrowka Bison Grass Vodka from Poland. It is joined by flavored bison grass and clear spring water from the region. The grass is harvested in the Bialowieza National Park in northern Poland, which lies on the border with Belarus.
Taste
Taste-wise, the vodka has notes of herbs, grasses with a tentative sweetness. The finish is grassy, accompanied by notes of jasmine and vanilla.
