Product Description
The Helbing Margaretes Fine Doppel-Wacholder is a premium juniper spirit (42% vol., 0.5 L) produced in Hamburg, Germany. It is crafted with hand-selected organic juniper berries and organic wheat distillate, based on a historic family recipe and released in a limited edition (“Margarete”).
After distillation, the spirit matures for six months in juniper-wood casks, imparting subtle wood and vanilla notes to the otherwise vibrant juniper profile.
On the nose, fresh juniper berries with hints of citrus and vanilla dominate. The palate presents a clear juniper core complemented by caramel, citrus, and delicate wood. The finish is long, fresh and balanced, resonating with the refined Hamburg spirit tradition.
Note
Best enjoyed chilled or as a refined juniper tonic base. Not suitable for persons under 18 years.
