The Plasencia family brand has a long tradition: Eduardo Plasencia left the Canary Islands in 1865 to grow tobacco in Cuba. To this day, the Plasencia family owns huge tobacco fields and factories in Nicaragua. The family employs around 6,000 people and produces 40 million cigars a year. As they originally produced mainly for other brands, they have been offering their own cigars since 2015. Over five generations of incredible tobacco experience go into the Plasencias formula.
