The brand, which is marketed in France under the name Dupuy, can look back on a hundred years of tradition and quality. This cognac is particularly popular in Norway. It is rumored that the cognac was created by a Norwegian who fell madly in love with a French woman.
In fact, the spirit matures on average over 10 years, about 6 years older than legally required for XO Cognac. The grapes for this wine come from the best vineyards of Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne, and partly from the Fins Bois region.Signature has aromas of barrel and vanilla as well as apricots, dates and citrus. Almond and hazelnut are also present. The taste is well balanced between fruitiness and old wood from the oak barrels. The aftertaste shows elegance from the Grande and Petite Champagne areas, combined with the fruitiness of the Fins Bois region.
