Founded in 1795 by Baron Otard, Cognac Baron Otard is the only cognac that is produced and aged within the Château de Cognac in France.
The Baron XO contains fine, carefully selected eaux-de-vie with a maturation period of at least six and a half years. The French oak barrels are stored in the cellars of the Château de Cognac, built in 950.
Baron Otard XO Gold is a perfectly balanced cognac. In the nose, the Baron Otard XO Gold delights with complex, harmonious aromas of fresh undergrowth and a touch of leather. On the palate, it reveals fruity aromas such as plum and hazelnut, which meet soft notes of honey and violets.
