Cardenal Mendoza Clásico, a Solera Gran Reserva made from the best Holandas matured in the traditional Solera-Criadera process. The oak barrels used, previously soaked in Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez, form one of the largest bodegas for Solera Gran Reserva, a guarantee for the maturity and quality of this brandy.
The sweet and fruity aroma comes with notes of raisins, plums and a light note of wood. A very balanced brandy.
