Cardenal Mendoza Clásico, a Solera Gran Reserva made from the best Holandas matured in the traditional Solera-Criadera process. The oak barrels used, previously soaked in Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez, form one of the largest bodegas for Solera Gran Reserva, a guarantee for the maturity and quality of this brandy.
This brandy has rounded and elegant flavors. They are reminiscent of wine, emerging hints of raisins and plums. The taste is very smooth, round, well balanced, long, warm. It tastes slightly like old oak and is slightly sweet.
