The Spanish brandy Carlos I Imperial was created to commemorate the 400th anniversary of the death of the famous Spanish king Carlos I (1500 to 1558).
"Carlos X.O. 15 years Solera Gran Reserva" is the epitome of fine Spanish brandies from Jerez, matured in very old sherry barrels. The success was as resounding as it was lasting. Thanks to its unmistakable aroma and its silky-soft character, CARLOS has since been considered the number 1 among Spain's finest brandies worldwide.
Intense fruit accents of sherry and sweet vanilla notes are rounded off by spicy tones of roasted almonds and delicate oak wood notes. This brandy is rich in sweet nuances of dried fruits, caramel and rounded off with notes of nutmeg and tobacco leaves. In addition to the fruity nuances of dried and candied fruits, there are sweet caramel notes, vanilla and a hint of liquorice with fine oak notes.
