Every drop that flows into a bottle of Courvoisier is a collective effort. The close knit community of artisans in Jarnac, France plays an essential role in making it the most award-winning cognac house. Courvoisier pays great attention to the quality that is delivered at every stage of the manufacturing process. Cognac can only be made from Colombard, Folle Blanche or Ugni Blanc grapes. However, Courvoisier mainly works with the top four: Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, Borderies, and Fins Bois. All cognacs from the house must be at least two and a half years old and become more and more complex and supple with age.

In the cellars of our winemakers, this cognac is aged in new French oak casks and then in old cognac casks for up to a year before being artfully blended. The result is excitingly balanced fresh, floral and fruity notes. This is a cognac aged in white oak barrels for 6 to 10 years and made from the best grapes in the region.

Exotic notes are perceived on the palate and in the nose, which have a profound blend with an exciting blend of fresh flowers, vanilla, almonds and sweet fruits. The finish is long and full-bodied.
