The “Bodegas Fundador” was founded in 1730 in Jerez de la Frontera and is the oldest in Marco de Jerez. The Bodega is a producer of brandy "FUNDADOR".
The brandy is produced using the traditional solera method, whereby wines from different vintages are blended together to ensure a harmonious and complex taste. Jerez Fundado Sherry Brandy matures in selected sherry casks, which gives it a unique and varied aroma.
On the palate, the Fondazione Jerez Solera Sherry Cask Brandy shows its variety of flavors with a balanced blend of sweetness from caramel, chocolate and vanilla, paired with subtle nuances of dried fruit and nuts. The finish is long-lasting and pleasantly spicy.
