Like any conscientious wine and spirits merchant, Hardy liked to leave London as often as he could and travel to Charente to check on the progress of the best cognac crus. In 1863, he finally succumbed to the charms of the region, moved for good and founded Maison Hardy.

The elegant bouquet consists of notes of citrus and jam. Coffee and creamy cappuccino and vanilla. On the palate, coffee notes and ripe orange flavors make their presence felt. The finish is full and lingering.
