Miguel Torres is a wine and brandy manufacturing and trading company headquartered in Barcelona, the capital of Catalonia in Spain.
Torres 30 Years Brandy Jaime I comes from Solera rums that are up to 30 years old and is refined with a first-class 1972 Eaux de vie from Folle Blanche. This noble brandy is a tribute to the company founder Jaime Torres Vendrell.
This brandy is made from Parellada grapes and matured using the typical Solera method. American oak barrels aged between 15 and 30 years are used for storage.
Complex aromas of flowers, dried fruits, nuts, roasted hazelnuts, a hint of vanilla and toffee rise into the nose. The palate is round, juicy, soft and is accompanied by notes of coconut, dried fruit and various spices. The finish is long-lasting.
