Carlos III Solera Reserva is a Spanish Brandy de Jerez from Osborne. This bottling combines the classic character of a solera brandy with a smooth, approachable and aromatic profile.
Carlos III is made from selected wine distillates matured using the solera system. This creates a rounded brandy with fine oak notes, mild sweetness and a pleasantly warming character.
On the nose, it shows vanilla, caramel, dried fruits, oak and gentle spice. On the palate, Carlos III is smooth and balanced with notes of raisins, toffee, wood, sweet fruit and fine cask spice.
The finish is mild, warm and pleasantly rounded. Carlos III Solera Reserva is suitable for sipping neat, over ice, as a digestif or as a base for classic brandy long drinks.
