Distilleria Bottega was founded in Italy in 1977 by Aldo Bottega.
This grappa is made from the well-known grape varieties Prosecco and Chardonnay. Thanks to the gentle manufacturing process, the natural aromas of the Prosecco and Chardonnay pomace are preserved. During storage for several months, the aromas then unite and a perfectly balanced grappa is created. Thanks to the sunny and mild climate, a characterful white wine is created, the pomace of which forms the basis for the delicious Alexander Bianca Grappa.
Aromas of fresh apples and pears fill the air. Exotic fruit aromas and delicate floral notes are also perceived. The finish is fresh and fruity.
