Exquisite fruit distillates - the typical character of sun-ripened fruits characterize these fine schnapps. With dedication and experience, fruits, berries and roots are distilled at the optimal time to achieve a perfect result. The Williams pear is very fruity and sweet in taste, and in its ripening period it develops a wonderful and unique aroma. In order to obtain this incomparable aroma, the fruits are distilled with special care.
Fulminate characteristics. Fresh, juicy, ripe, typical Williams aromas of oranges, lime, raspberries, fruit esters, banana, vanilla, some hay-herbaceous, delicate green-skinned spiciness rise into the nose. On the palate it is juicy, somewhat compote. With notes of citrus, malt, honey, delicate caramel, a nice sugar sweetness and slightly nutty notes. It has a very good harmony and a long, spicy finish on the palate.
