Schladerer Williams pear - a distillate made from highly aromatic Williams Christ pears from climatically favored areas such as Emilia Romagna, the Rhône Valley, Savoy, the Valais and the Markgräflerland. The fermentation takes place at a constantly controlled temperature to preserve the fine aromas. Then it is distilled several times on the classic copper still and reduced to drinking strength with in-house spring water after an appropriate maturation period.
It has a rich pear bouquet, harmonious in the body and incomparably mild in the finish.
