Sibona is one of the historic wineries of Piedmont and holds the old No. 1 viticulture license. DISTILLERIA SIBONA is headquartered in Roero, Piobesì d'Alba, Italy. The Sibona winery attaches great importance to tradition and is one of the oldest wineries in the Italian region. Grappa Sibona is considered one of the best grappas on the market. The high quality wins numerous awards every year.
After production, the grappa is first stored in oak barrels. It then ages for a further two years in the same casks that previously held Tennessee Whiskey. This is how it gets its wonderful aroma.
