The Ziegler distillery has been producing spirits since 1865. The distillery was founded in Freudenberg am Main, Germany.
The distillery attaches great importance to regional products. In this case, for example, it combines ripe sour cherries from the Rheingau and Swabia with fruit from the Austrian Burgenland. The Ziegler sour cherry fruit brandy is characterized by the use of large sieve drums to separate the pulp from the fruit flesh before distillation.
The result is less bitter almond and significantly more cherry on the palate. Very fruity with a great cherry aroma.
