On the edge of the Austrian shore of Lake Constance, in an area with a strong orchard, apples, pears, plums, cherries, apricots, quinces and other fruit and fruit varieties with a distinct varietal character ripen under special climatic conditions. Since 1886, they have been using these treasures of nature to produce distillates of the highest fruit enjoyment. What began as a farm with an inn developed over the years into a cooperage and cidery and finally culminated in today's Verschluss-Fein distillery.

 Fruit schnapps is one of the schnapps with a long tradition of production in Austria's fruit-growing regions. The mash for the production must consist of at least two or more types of fruit. For our fruit schnapps we only use refined apples and pears from our local high-stem trees. With a great deal of skill and years of experience, we are able to produce a fruit schnapps in the typical Austrian tradition and of the highest quality. Several years of maturation in stoneware gives it a particularly balanced taste. With fine apple and pear notes on the nose and a pleasant fruitiness on the palate, it is sure to impress.
