The Bombay Sapphire Distillery is based in Laverstoke Mill in rural Hampshire.
Bombay Sapphire is a premium gin obtained by a special manufacturing process. This involves adding juniper berries and spices to a grain fine spirit that has been distilled several times. The production by the steam infusion process makes the Bombay Sapphire London Dry Gin special and gives it a perfect balance.
BOMBAY SAPPHIRE Premier Cru Tuscan Juniper is a small batch special release gin that celebrates nature's most flavorful juniper berries, sustainably sourced from the hills of Tuscany, Italy. Under the watchful eye of the Pastorini family, this particular batch of late-harvest juniper berries is grown from a single growing area and left to mature for an extended period of time before being carefully hand-picked. This special release gin is the second in the Premier Cru series, created to celebrate our treatment of the botanicals and focus on their provenance and transparency. Each batch is carefully distilled and precisely cut to capture only the richest aromas and flavors.
