Engine is an Italian organic gin produced in small batches by Torino Distillati in Italy. The recipe is inspired by the Alta Langa area in northwestern Italy and relies on certified organic botanicals and natural aromas.
Taste and aroma: Bright juniper with fresh citrus notes, supported by sage and a gently sweet herbal touch from licorice root. On the palate it is balanced, vibrant, and pleasantly dry, finishing with a clean, aromatic herbal character.
Serving suggestion: Enjoy over ice, in a Gin and Tonic with a lemon zest, or as a bold base for classic cocktails.
