Gin del Professore "Crocodile" is a distinctive and elegant gin from Italy, standing apart from the typical London Dry style. Produced by the renowned Antica Distilleria Quaglia in Piedmont, this handcrafted gin is part of a unique collaboration with the famed “Jerry Thomas Project” bar in Rome – a tribute to the golden age of gin.
Crocodile is an Old Tom-style gin, characterized by a mild sweetness, delicate citrus, and subtle floral undertones. The nose opens with lemon zest, orange peel, coriander, and chamomile. On the palate, it is rich and well-rounded, with notes of juniper, tropical fruit, green tea, and exotic spices. The high alcohol content is perfectly integrated, and the finish is long, fresh, and sophisticated.

angenehmer Gin, nicht zu scharf trotz 45%
Habe den Gin mit Thomas Henry Tonic water, Eis und Zitrone probiert. Der Gin hat gut geschmeckt, nicht aber so, dass ich ihn wieder kaufen müsste.
