Gin Sul Lima Limão brings Portuguese citrus freshness to the well known Gin Sul character. This limited edition is based on the classic Gin Sul from Hamburg and combines fresh lime and lemon notes with the clear structure of a dry gin.

Natural botanicals are used for this bottling. Portuguese limes and lemons are at the centre of the recipe, accompanied by juniper, rosemary and fine herbs. The ingredients are gently macerated and then distilled in small batches in a traditional copper still.

On the nose, the gin shows a lively citrus aroma with lime zest, lemon oil and a hint of grapefruit. Beneath this are floral notes and Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, it is dry, clear and harmonious, with dominant lime, pleasant herbal spice and a fine mouthfeel.

Gin Sul Lima Limão is excellent as a gin and tonic with neutral tonic water or as a base for fresh cocktails with basil and lime juice. The 500 ml ceramic bottle with its lime green label visually reflects the fresh character of this edition.
