Noblewood Adriatic DOO is a producer based in Nikšić, Montenegro. With this gin, the company focuses on Adriatic botanicals, smooth distillation and a striking bottle design inspired by the Fine de Claire Oyster.
Oyster Fine de Claire Adriatic Gin is distilled to preserve the taste of native Adriatic botanicals. The gin is pleasantly smooth and combines resinous juniper notes with green herbs and a spicy depth.
On the nose and palate, resinous mountain juniper is at the forefront. It is followed by a rich and complex herbal middle with hints of anise, spices and rosemary. The finish is long, spicy and lightly peppery.
The bottle also reflects the Fine de Claire name. An oyster shape served as the main inspiration and the glass was refined layer by layer to capture the distinctive form and maritime character of the product.
