Tarquin's Strawberry & Lime Gin is a fruity gin from Cornwall with 38% vol. This bottling combines the clear juniper character of Tarquin's Cornish Gin with ripe strawberries and fresh lime zest.
To create this gin, the classic Tarquin's Cornish Gin is first distilled in small batches. After distillation, the gin is infused with fresh strawberries and finished with fresh lime zest just before bottling. The result is a lively, fruity gin with pleasant freshness.
On the nose, it shows wild strawberry, fresh juniper, lime, orange blossom and a hint of black pepper. On the palate, Tarquin's Strawberry & Lime Gin is fruity, citrus fresh and gently spicy with strawberry, lime, sweet orange, warm spice and a fine juniper structure.
The finish is pleasantly dry with candied strawberry jam, sweet marmalade and soft pine. This gin pairs especially well with elderflower tonic, plenty of ice and a fresh slice of lime.
