Ukiyo Japanese Blossom Gin combines a Japanese rice base with floral and gently spiced botanicals for a clean and refreshing gin with a distinctive character. Sakura, cardamom and coriander create a balanced profile that brings together blossom notes and soft spice.
Distilled in Chiba, east of Tokyo, Ukiyo Blossom Gin is a delicately floral gin made from the finest base alcohol, locally grown rice, and eleven botanicals. Sakura (cherry blossom) is complemented by other native botanicals such as yuzu, sansho, and mikan peel. A gin that celebrates the fleeting season of spring, when the sakura is in full bloom and Japan is bathed in a breathtaking sea of delicate pink and white blossoms. On the palate, this gin is fresh, floral and smooth. The hints of cherry blossom add a light and fragrant touch that works beautifully neat.
