Ukiyo Japanese Yuzu Gin captures the bright, gently tart character of Japanese yuzu in a clean and expressive gin. Its rice based foundation and carefully selected botanicals create a profile that combines citrus freshness with subtle spice.
On the palate, lively notes of yuzu, juniper and bitter orange are joined by coriander and delicate hints of pine, lavender and matcha tea. Ukiyo Yuzu Gin is a light, citrusy gin made from the finest base alcohol, locally grown rice, and eleven botanicals. The main ingredient is yuzu, a Japanese citrus fruit reminiscent of a blend of mandarin, lemon, and grapefruit, with unique herbal notes and a slight sweetness. Enjoy it neat over ice, with tonic or with soda for a fresh and layered drinking experience.
