Recipe Helgolander Egg Grog (without guarantee)

1 egg yolk

1 tbsp sugar

4 CL Arrak

4 cl rum, brown

water, hot

Preparation: The egg yolk is stirred with the sugar in a preheated egg groggle well frothy. Add rum and arrak and fill with hot water.
