Underberg AG produces Escorial together with the Riemerschmid group of companies. Escorial is a herbal liqueur with a higher alcohol content.
The herbal liqueur Escorial Green has a complex and spicy-woody taste. The vermouth nuances give it a taste reminiscent of absinthe. Other fine herbs such as fennel also have their herbal aroma. This high-quality liqueur is often used in haute cuisine and flame dishes. Escorial Green can also be served chilled straight away or as an ingredient in cocktails.
