Pallini limoncello is based on an over 100 year old, traditional recipe of the Pallini family. Main certificate are the best PGI Sfusato lemons of Italy from the Amalfi Coast. For the perfect balance between sweet and sour, no artificial aroma and preservatives are used.
A surprisingly strong bouquet with invigorating lemon goes into a long, multi-faceted aroma palette, which is masterful in alcohol. This is always noticeable, but never overwhelming. A full-bodied feeling awakens the senses with the delicious aromas of freshly grated lemons. In the background, the touch of a earthy buffet and dried spices develops. The conclusion is pleasant, never supersaturated and lasting longer than they would expect from a Limoncello.
