Product Description

Prinz Nusserla Liqueur is a special hazelnut creation with a wonderfully nutty flavour. The harvested hazelnuts are first carefully peeled, chopped and gently roasted in the in-house roastery. Only then are they macerated in alcohol to extract the fine roasted and nut aromas.

The resulting macerate is distilled into a fine hazelnut spirit, which is then matured for an extended period in stoneware vessels. This gentle ageing process gives Nusserla its intense flavour profile, pronounced hazelnut character and remarkable smoothness on the finish.

On the nose, the liqueur offers a seductively nutty bouquet with delicate roasted notes. On the palate it is soft, rounded and full-bodied, with clear hazelnut flavours and a mild sweetness, perfectly supported by an alcohol content of 34% vol. The finish is smooth, balanced and pleasantly long-lasting.

Enjoy Prinz Nusserla Liqueur at an ideal serving temperature of 15–18 °C. It is excellent neat in a liqueur or nosing glass, as a sweet finish to a meal or as a treat to share with friends and guests.
