Túnel de Mallorca is the traditional Mallorqunic herbal liqueur, in which the Mediterranean character of the island of Mallorca finds.
Already in the Middle Ages Anise was distilled and then by maceration of domestic herbs and Spices processed to a liqueur.
The distillate of the Túnel de Mallorca is refined with Anis, juniper, myrtle, mint and rosemary, which are responsible for the characteristic fine and harmonious taste. Other herbs like such as lemon verbs, chamomile, lemon leaves, orange blossom, melissa and fennel are also added and give it a spicy, fruity, fresh taste.
