Flavor: Laudemio 2014 is an intense green, its fruity aroma is reminiscent of fresh olives. The delicate bitter almond note harmonises beautifully with the classic Tuscan, piquant finish. Food Recommendations: Excellent seasoning for dishes that are not too tasty, such as boiled potatoes, beans, boiled or grilled vegetables, legume soup, but also very good on fish.
