The family, headed by Carlos Fuente, has been making cigars since 1912. Most of the wrappers for this series come from the 1984 harvest, making them probably the oldest wrappers that are used for a continuously produced series of cigars the cigars a spice and richness of aromas that are otherwise not known from the Dominican Republic.

Every tobacco leaf that is processed in the Fuente factory is worth gold. This is also the case with the Chateau Fuente line. While all the cigars in this line are rolled into a Connecticut Shade wrapper, the Queen B steps out of line: It is wrapped in a Sun Grown wrapper, which gives the cigar a sweet and spicy taste, paired with leathery aromas and notes of roasted coffee. All cigars are made with the world-famous Dominican filler and the famous binder. The high-quality workmanship ensures a slow and even burn with excellent draw.

Every Arturo Fuente cigar is made to the last detail and has to pass numerous quality tests before it is packed in boxes and sealed with the family label.
