Graham's Blend Nº12 DOC Porto 19%vol. 0,75 Liter

Known for producing the finest Port Wines, Grahams is based in Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal (near Porto). Graham's was one of the first port companies to invest in its own vineyards in Portugal's Douro Valley in 1890 and today it is at the cutting edge of innovation in winemaking techniques. Port wine is still made this way, intentionally stopping the fermentation of the grape must and adding a clear grape brandy called aguardente, commonly referred to as "brandy". This preserves a large amount of the grapes' natural sugars, giving Port its characteristic sweetness and richness.

 Blend Nº12 challenges traditional notions of a Ruby Port, the first Graham's Ruby Port blended specifically for blending, an accessible blend for new consumers, fresher and more aromatic, unique production. Grapes are harvested at night from the highest altitude vineyards to preserve freshness, at 19% ABV, less than half that of most spirits used in cocktails.

 The combination of high altitude, careful harvesting and cold fermentation gives Blend Nº12 its distinctively fresh, light and aromatic profile. Specially developed for cocktails, Blend Nº12 is a real treat thanks to its versatility both neat and mixed in a long drink.
